They tried to adjust driver door to make it fit flush but made it much worse. Had to go to body shop to get it right. They admitted that they didn’t know how to do it but tried anyway. And made it worse. Will not be using them for any service in the future

It was ok. I know the dealership has the potential to have first class service because when I bought my truck there in 2021 from Anthony Griffin, the customer service was top tier! Two things I noticed as I waited for my warranty work to be completed I feel needs to be addressed with personnel. First, there was a female saleswomen vaping inside on the sales floor/lobby as she was getting something from the copy machine or welcome desk. To me, it shows poor customer service, lack or respect for the people around you and a sense of entitlement to feel you can do want you want, when you want. I don’t know her name but she was being job shadowed by a younger teenage female, possibly her daughter or close relative. That’s the first thing I noticed out of what I would perceive as not ordinary. I went to sit outside on the bench by the front door for the rest of my visit. Secondly, once my truck was ready at about 1130, I would assume the service department would have located me to inform me about it. They didn’t so after about 15 mins of seeing my truck sitting in front of the dealership, I left the waiting area and went to the service department. I went in to see Tommie, who was great by the way, about getting my keys so I can leave. The reason I assume she didn’t come look for me is because their was a guy, probably her supervisor, trying to show her something on the computer. After about 5 minutes of awkwardly standing next to her desk about 4 feet away waiting to be acknowledged, I preceded to ask was my truck ready. Then Tommie informed me it was as directed me to another service associate who helped me. My issue is the lack of customer service. I should not have to gather anyone’s attention if I’m the customer. I feel it should be the opposite way around. I had a busy schedule with graduations that I almost missed because I’m waiting on a vehicle that the work is completed on. In that moment I don’t blame Tommie, but the guy distracting her, maybe the manager. Priority of the customer to me is the number one goal. Even if he acknowledged me and said “hey we’re trying to figure something out” or “someone else can help you to get you out of her” would have been acceptable in my eyes. The vehicle ticket was already printed so it was just a matter of acknowledging the work and signing a piece of paper. I don’t now if anyone will read this but I do believe this can help create a new culture at MM Bossier and great customer service. I may or may not do business there again because I’m a stickler for customer service. Hope this helps correct a few areas the team is lacking in. Thanks.

The Bossier GM service department appears to struggle. There have been a series of leadership and team departures. There are significant obstacles to effective customer service. Challenges include timeliness and follow through. I’ve brought my 2023 Yukon in for two oil changes, a recall and a service in the two years we’ve owned the vehicle. There is a loud hum in the aft part of the engine or perhaps in the rear end. The OnStar doesn’t connect when pressed nor to the app in my phone. These items were looked at, with a note that it couldn’t be duplicated for the noise and parts ordered for the OnStar, but no follow thru to complete months later. There is now a recall for bad bearings on the cam shaft, with parts on back order. When I received the latest oil change, I was sent to the sales team to investigate the app on my phone for the OnStar. The sales team believes it is an OnStar module - which was ordered the previous time I mentioned this, but never delivered. With the team changes and challenging documentation process - everything is done in paper at this store - I see much opportunity for improvement. Matching a service record to a vehicle when it arrives and ensuring all previous actions are complete is one simple fix. Pricing an oil change to bring customers in the door followed with diagnostic tests and tracking provides solid basis for more substantial work, and would build customer trust. Picked up my truck yesterday after getting a new transmission installed and it’s still not shifting right. Took it back up there and was told that the transmission has to learn how to shift properly. They told me if it doesn’t correct itself after 1,000 miles bring it back up there. That’s kinda strange to me because when you test drive a brand new vehicle it doesn’t have to learn how to shift properly. It shifts good. So we’ll see praying it learns how to shift cause I was without a vehicle for a month and a half.

When I purchased my used Tahoe, the 3rd row passenger seat was not working. They exhausted all options at fixing the issue, replacing the seat motor, the seat frame, etc; they but refused to give up. They finally found the issue, the actuator, fixed it and had it ready for pick up in a couple of hours. They are extremely nice and proficient.

I took my car in to have 100 mile maintenance done, but also told your technician that there was a leak in the drains by the front windows that caused water to collect in the frame and leak into the floorboards that I needed your technicians to look at and that there was an oil leak. The car was left parked outside for four days before your technician was able to work on it and it rained three of those four days. When I picked the car up there was an half inch deep of water in each of the back floorboards and supposedly your technician had fixed it. Five days later it is still leaking water out of the backseat and I am having to towel dry my floorboards every morning. the drains are still plugged, and the car smells horrible because of the sitting water. The oil leak issue was not resolved either. Your people told us that it was going to cost $575 for the part to fix the car and $700 shipping to have the part shipped from overseas so they weren’t able to repair it. My husband asked for the part number, looked up himself online the gasket that was leaking and a $16 with shipping fee later we’re going to fix it ourselves.

I was in the dealership about one month ago for routine maintenance. I had a back tail light out before the visit. The paperwork stated the lights were checked and good. I left and the taillight remained out. I took it to another business to be replaced. Yesterday, I was back in due to the Tire Monitor System light came on. I spoke with the shop manager and explained the prior visit and he apologized saying one of the techs was out due to an accident. He gave me a 5% discount on the services I received which was all four sensors for the tires being replaced because the tech said all were out. I also told them that there was a jerk in the truck. When they finished my truck, the young lady said the tech fixed the jerk and replaced all four sensors. With the 5% discount, I paid a little over $700.00. The jerk remains in my truck.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I returned two hours later and there were still two vehicles in front of me. I then had to return to Stonewall and then go back to Bossier after 3 hours. There was grease/oil on the floor mat. I understand that labor is short, but maybe appointments could be spaced accordingly.

I was pleased with the service and staff. The only problem I have is that I thought I was entitled to a free first time oil change, but I wasn't. I was trying to get a new vehicle, but instead I excepted,like a fool, a deal on a Pre Owned vehicle, in which I generally don't buy, but I excepted it thinking I would be alright. I could have changed the oil myself as I have always done. I paid $133 for a simple job as that. It won't happen again . I was very disappointed .
